The Justice Secretary of Spencer County in Indiana has joined a growing number of Indiana County offices that now accept credit and debit cards. Office worker Kim Davis again refused Tuesday to issue a marriage license to a gay couple from Morehead, Ky., miles from her office.

Two Spencer Circuit Court orders are against the Taylorville city's application for an injunction against the issuance of marriage licenses to same-sex couples.
